Hand-over of cheques from the Kiplin Challenge

back

Between May 11 and 31, nearly 370 employees actively walked and ran for a good cause in the "Around the Mibelle Group in 21 Days" challenge. The challenge not only promoted health, but also strengthened the sense of togetherness among employees from all Mibelle Group locations. In total, donations of CHF 16,400 were collected from the challenge and employees were able to choose which charities to consider for donations. The checks were ceremoniously presented to these organizations.

In 87 teams from Switzerland, France, the UK and South Korea, the Mibelle Group employees diligently walked and ran, learning all kinds of things about the company and its sites. Each step was counted through the Kiplin app, and for each milestone reached, the Mibelle Group donated an amount of money to the donation box. Employees were able to suggest charities in each country that were close to their hearts and that they wanted to be considered for donation. In the subsequent voting, the employees chose their personal favorite. Mélanie Laumonier, Innovation & Quality Director in Sarreguemines, led the Kiplin challenge and is delighted: "It was the first Mibelle Group challenge that combined physical activity with social responsibility. It is a complete success that so many colleagues participated in the challenge."
