From Sales Internship to Junior Key Account Manager

back

That's exactly what happened to Linda Spychiger. After her bachelor's degree, she started her internship in the international sales department of the Mibelle Group, which provided her with the ideal career entry into her current position as junior key account manager in our sales team. Read more in the following report by Linda:

After successfully completing my bachelor's degree in "International Management", I was given the opportunity to start an internship in the "Sales International" department at the Mibelle Group. Especially the private label business as well as the international aspect aroused my interest for this internship position very much.

Despite the initial challenges at that time due to the corona virus and the therefore arranged home office situation, I quickly found my way in my position and in the company thanks to my very helpful and friendly team colleagues.

The internship gave me the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various areas and to work on a wide range of projects. My range of tasks was broad. This quickly enabled me to manage individual sub-projects independently. The substitutions during the absences of my team colleagues prepared me ideally for the position as Junior Key Account Manager, which I was offered after my internship year.

My current responsibilities as a Junior KAM include the full support of a customer, the planning, monitoring and realization of sales and turnover as well as the preparation of calculations and offers.

Especially through the interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues and with my superiors, I was able to acquire valuable knowledge and inspiration for my further development. In doing so, the values of the Mibelle Group have always accompanied me: For example, I use the strong pioneering spirit within the company to provide my customers with convincing and unique solutions, tailored to their needs.

I am happy to have taken this step and to have reached another personal milestone thanks to my internship.
