Careers that begin with an apprenticeship at Mibelle

back

Our series on employees who began their professional careers with an apprenticeship at Mibelle continues. Here, we introduce you to Moreno Rondinelli, Group Leader for Production Logistics. His career path impressively demonstrates the development opportunities offered by an apprenticeship at Mibelle and the high priority our company places on vocational training.

The foundation of his career

Moreno completed his apprenticeship as a logistics specialist (EFZ) from 2008 to 2011. He then gained valuable professional experience outside Mibelle and fulfilled a long-cherished dream by travelling for several months. His career path shows that professional development and personal aspirations can go hand in hand. Armed with new experiences and expanded specialist knowledge, he eventually returned to Mibelle. A special touch: on his return, he was even given the same locker he’d had during his apprenticeship – a lovely symbol of his close connection to Mibelle.

From apprentice to manager

Today, as a production logistics team leader, he is in charge of a team and particularly values the combination of organisational and operational tasks, the high level of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to achieve success together.

Moreno’s career path is a prime example of the development opportunities that an apprenticeship at Mibelle can open up. For Mibelle, therefore, vocational training is far more than just the training of skilled workers. When apprentices stay on after their training or return later with additional experience, both sides benefit.

For Moreno, it is therefore clear: “Training young talent is a win-win situation.”

Personal

Moreno loves spending his free time with his family and his dog. He is often drawn to the great outdoors, whether it’s for a jog or a walk with his four-legged friend. He is also a passionate football fan and even makes the regular trip to Milan to cheer on his favourite club, Inter Milan, at the stadium.
