The upcycling product was presented to customers and partners at in-cosmetics in Paris. The new hair care ingredient is a powerful moisturizer that combats dry and damaged hair. The protective cuticle layer of the hair is an indicator of healthy hair - when the cuticle layer is smooth, moisture is trapped in the hair, which in turn looks healthy, beautiful and vital. However, if the scales are open and sticking out, moisture is lost and the hair looks dull and frizzy. PinoPlex™ not only penetrates the hair, but also binds water by smoothing the hair cuticle and making the hair smoother and shinier. The bio-inspired ingredient prevents split ends and improves the integrity of the hair fiber, making the hair more resistant to daily stress and breakage. Hair grows healthier and stronger.
As an upcycled product, the active ingredient is extracted from pine cones (Pinus sylvestris), which are collected by hand in exceptional and carefully selected French forests. A gentle, environmentally friendly and microwave-assisted extraction process was used to obtain the valuable ingredients.
