Hair Care

Following the trend of skinification, the benefits of skin cycling are now being extended to other areas of the body - including hair. Similar to skin cycling, products such as shampoos, conditioners and cures are used alternately in a specific order, creating an individual care cycle. Stress, environmental factors, nutrition, our workouts, and even the water we wash our hair with affect the pH of our scalp and sebum production, as well as the strength, elasticity, shine, bounce, and therefore the overall appearance of our hair.

Depending on the hair type, structure and needs, different products are used. However, specific products are only used on certain days, which are then followed by rest days for regeneration. For example, instead of using strong deep cleansing shampoos and rich cures every day, they are spread out throughout the week or month. The length of the cycle is individual and depends on how often the hair needs to be washed. The goal of Hair Cycling is therefore not to over-care the hair but to keep it in a healthy state. Cycling is divided into 3 basic steps:

Hair Wash 1 - Detox & Deep Cleansing

For the first wash, a clarifying shampoo is used for deep cleansing and removal of deposits. A gentle scalp peeling can also be used additionally if necessary.

Hair Wash 2 - Restructure & Repair

On the next day of washing, it is advisable to use a reparative shampoo formulation and a hair treatment to repair hair damage in the best possible way.

Hair wash 3 to 5 - Moisture

The ideal finish is with products tailored to the individual hair type, such as for example a moisturizing shampoo and a "smoothing" conditioner to nourish the hair with moisture and natural oils.

And after that? Again from the beginning!
