The Andalusian multinational increases its revenue and raises its EBITDA to €135 million, driven by the integration of the Mibelle Group, the strong performance of its key categories and the success of new product launches. The enterprise consolidates a growth model based on innovation, industrial modernisation, sustainable commitment and internationalisation, reinforcing its roadmap with a focus on identifying new opportunities in the Americas.

The multinational Persán, an European leader in the home care and personal care sectors, closed 2025 with the highest turnover in its history, reaching €1.227 billion. The Seville-based company has thus surpassed the one-billion mark. Its EBITDA also rose to €135 million. This growth includes the integration of the Mibelle Group, the operations of which were included in the consolidated accounts for the period from 1 May to 31 December 2025. With these results, the group chaired by Concha Yoldi and led by Antonio Somé strengthens its position as one of Europe’s leading players in private label and manufacturer brands, backed by an industrial structure comprising eight plants in Europe and the United States.

The commercial results were marked by the strong performance of the scent boosters and laundry capsules categories. These products continue to gain market share in Europe and have been successfully launched in Latin America. In the home care sector, the launch of the 2-in-1 scent booster stands out, combining a scent booster and fabric softener in a single product. The company also expanded its personal care range with new hair care solutions.

Investments to boost production capacity

As part of its commitment to staying at the forefront, Persán allocated €57 million to upgrading its plants and production processes. With this figure, cumulative investment over the last five years exceeds €200 million. The company’s progress has also been reflected in its technological modernisation, culminating in a digital transformation that has enabled the automation of multiple processes and the digital management of all supplier and materials data. This initiative also includes the bottle manufacturing plant located next to the Persán factory in Seville, which opened in October last year.

Growth with purpose

The 2025 financial year has been key to the consolidation of Persán’s environmental strategy. The company made significant progress in optimising energy consumption, reducing emissions and managing waste. This progress has earned it the Gold medal from the prestigious assessment body Ecovadis. The score achieved was higher than in previous years, reflecting the company’s ongoing progress regarding sustainability. The decarbonisation plan made significant progress thanks to energy efficiency initiatives and process improvements that enabled a reduction of over 30% in operational emissions compared to 2023. Furthermore, the production sites in Wróblowice and Saint-Vulbas now operate entirely on electricity from renewable sources. Meanwhile, the Seville plant achieved Zero Waste-Excellence status for its outstanding waste management. Mibelle Group also contributed to these advances through its collaboration with LanzaTech to develop ingredients derived from recycled CO₂, a sustainable alternative to raw materials such as palm oil.

The Persán Foundation continued its social work throughout 2025, helping 209 people find employment and providing support to over 1,880 individuals. The organisation continued to support vulnerable groups and promote positive values in society. Its activities extended beyond Spain. In Poland, it donated products to centres that help vulnerable people, schools and nurseries. In France, it collaborated regularly with Secours Populaire and the Ambérieu-en-Bugey Town Council, as well as providing electrical and electronic equipment to the Alexandre Berard Institute.

Outlook for 2026

Persán’s CEO, Antonio Somé, highlighted the group’s excellent performance and outlined the priorities for the new financial year: «We have concluded another historic year in which we have achieved major milestones, such as the acquisition of the Mibelle Group, our entry into the American market and surpassing the one-billion mark. I can only thank the excellent team at Persán for their commitment, performance and hard work. These results reflect the talent and potential that the company brings together. I would also like to extend this gratitude to the customers, suppliers and partners who place their trust in our products and services. This year we remain focused on the integration of the Mibelle Group and on driving our global expansion strategy, paying particular attention to identifying new opportunities in the Americas.»
