Sustainability Support Specialist

You’ll collect and analyze key environmental data, support certification audits, and help shape sustainable processes across the company. Was Du bewegst

  • Operation and maintenance of necessary tools and platforms (especially ISO 14001)
  • Compilation and tracking of relevant data in the area of sustainability in order to meet the requirements of the applicable standards and legislation.
  • Provision of all relevant data in the area of sustainability for the management report, including data from other areas such as operational sustainability.
  • Support with certification audits, preparation of the required data and assistance with appropriate measures in the event of deviations
  • Development of and support for processes and documents in the area of sustainability
  • Advisory role in the area of sustainability

Was Du mitbringst

  • A bachelor's degree or "Berufsausbildung" with a background in natural sciences and additional qualifications in sustainability or quality management; passion for sustainability and documentary work
  • Relevant experience in a similar function
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and laws in the field of sustainability with a focus on Europe, globally desirable
  • Familiar with standards/tools/templates for reporting in the field of sustainability
  • Business travel readiness (5–10%)
  • Willingness to embrace change, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, assertiveness.
  • German (business fluent)
  • English (fluent)
  • Spanish (nice to have)
