The role ensures secure, reliable, and business-oriented IT and Operational Technology (OT) services, while driving digital transformation and aligning local operations with corporate IT strategy.

- Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, OT environments, and business-critical applications
- Acting as the main interface between the site and Corporate IT, ensuring alignment with global standards
- Driving digital transformation, modernization, and IT/OT convergence initiatives
- Managing IT services, projects, and priorities while ensuring operational continuity
- Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Ensuring compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
- Managing external suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and service levels
- Leading incident management and resolving complex production-critical issues

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/OT teams
- Strong track record in delivering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially under pressure
- Hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking
- Fluent in German and English
