Vegetable fats

Our high-quality vegetable fats are perfect for roasting, baking, frying and cooking.
Vegan vegetable fat is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids which the body is unable to produce itself.

Vegan coconut fat, which we have been producing for more than 80 years, is ideally suited to frying or for meat fondues. Coconut fat is the perfect store-cupboard staple because of its long shelf life.
Cold-pressed coconut oil from certified organic sources is also available. It is obtained from the white meat of freshly harvested coconuts using a special, gentle process and has a particularly delicate, exotic flavour.


Vegetable cooking oils

For a balanced cuisine our vegetable oils are perfect for roasting, sautéing and cooking. They can also be used to season pasta, noodles and vegetables and are ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Various different vegetable oils are available:

  • Classic (vegan)
  • Enriched with 10% butter
  • With 30% less fat (vegan) for calorie-conscious cooks
  • For a healthy diet with a high proportion of polyunsaturated fats such as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, plus a high vitamin E content.

Animal cooking fats

Pork fat is the classic animal fat. It is a high-quality cooking fat which has many different uses. It is ideal for frying, steaming, cooking and baking.
